This same doctor (I forget his name) said that the reason that colds and flu are so much more prevalent in the fall and winter is because we don't see enough sun = vitamin D. He says that children should have 1000 units of Vitamin D a day and adults should have 2000 units. It sounds like a lot but I would rather do the natural thing instead of vaccines.Serena Coleshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00803677563403994150noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5500091960311293538.post-9845453337540613302009-10-15T22:02:41.127-07:002009-10-15T22:02:41.127-07:00Blogging is a fun thing!

What I have learned through a doctor that is also very naturally minded is that most flu vaccines have not been tested and therefore have not been proved to do what they are actually supposedly doing. Through this doctor I learned that most flu vaccines have more mercury in them than a 350 pound person should have. Recently I have learned that there are other things in flu vaccines that I wouldn't want to ever put in my body.
My friend's sister is a nurse in Tulsa and she said that every thing that is being tested right now in labs there is H1N1...but that as soon as it turns cold that it will turn to just a normal flu because the H1N1 virus only gets passed around in warm temperatures.
So...what I have been told over and over is just to do your own research and decide what you think is the best thing for your chidlren.Serena Coleshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00803677563403994150noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5500091960311293538.post-2254741002827160592009-10-15T15:36:20.131-07:002009-10-15T15:36:20.131-07:00Congratulations on your first blog post!
